Getting Started

This section walks you through the basics of setting up IQai Bot and preparing it for use. You’ll be ready to receive alerts and trade in just a few minutes.

What You Need

Before you begin, make sure you have:

• A Telegram account

• An account on at least one supported exchange:

  • Hyperliquid

  • Binance (Futures)

• API access enabled on your exchange (no withdrawals required)

That’s it — no additional software, extensions, or wallets are needed.

Starting the Bot

1. Open a private chat with IQai Bot on Telegram

2. Send the command:

/start

This enables the bot and allows it to send you alerts and updates.

ℹ️ IQai Bot works only in private chats. You will not receive alerts in groups or channels.

How IQai Bot Works (High Level)

IQai Bot operates around three core components:

1. Market Intelligence

The bot monitors:

• Crypto news sources

• Selected high-impact X (Twitter) accounts

• Market-related signals

When relevant information appears, you receive an alert in Telegram.

2. Execution Presets

Instead of typing order details every time, you configure presets:

• Position sizes (A / B)

• Leverage

• Margin preferences (per exchange)

These presets allow you to open trades instantly when a signal appears.

3. Exchange Execution

When you tap a trade button or use a command:

• Orders are sent directly to your selected exchange

• Trades execute using your configured presets

• You remain in full control of execution and risk

Connecting an Exchange

To connect an exchange:

/exchanges

From there you can:

• Add a new exchange

• Enter API or agent credentials

• Verify the connection

• Manage exchange-specific settings

Important Notes

• Only read & trade permissions are required

• Never enable withdrawals

• Credentials are stored encrypted

You can update or remove any exchange at any time.

Choosing an Execution Target

If you connect multiple exchanges, you can choose where trades execute:

/exec

This lets you:

• Switch between exchanges

• Use different venues for different strategies

• Trade on testnet or mainnet (where supported)

First Steps Checklist

Once you’ve started the bot, we recommend:
