Can I trade directly from alerts?
Yes.
Every alert is designed to be actionable. If an alert references an asset that is tradable on your selected exchange, you can:
Open long or short positions
Use your configured Preset A or Preset B sizes
Execute instantly from the alert
No copying symbols. No switching platforms.
How does IQai Bot decide which assets to show?
IQai Bot automatically:
Detects asset names and tickers in alerts
Normalizes symbols (e.g. Bitcoin → BTC)
Filters assets based on your active execution venue
If an asset is not tradable on your selected exchange, it won’t appear as a trading option.
Can I manage my existing positions?
Yes.
IQai Bot allows you to:
View all open positions on your connected exchanges
See size, leverage, margin mode, PnL, and entry price
Close individual positions
Close all positions when needed
This makes IQai Bot a central command center for active traders.
Is IQai Bot custodial?
No.
IQai Bot is non-custodial:
Funds always remain on your exchange accounts
The bot cannot withdraw funds
API permissions are limited to trading and reading data only
You are always in control.
How are my API keys stored?
All sensitive credentials are:
Encrypted at rest using strong encryption (AES-GCM)
Never displayed back to you after being saved
Used only for their intended purpose
IQai Bot will never ask for:
Seed phrases
Recovery phrases
Wallet mnemonics
Why don’t I see an alert for a specific asset?
Possible reasons:
The asset is not tradable on your selected exchange
The market is disabled or unavailable on your venue
The alert did not contain actionable signal for that asset
IQai Bot intentionally filters aggressively to reduce noise.
Can I change exchanges or execution targets?
Yes.
You can:
Connect multiple exchanges
Choose which venue is active at any time
Switch execution targets instantly
All alerts adapt automatically to your selection.
